” I had the pleasure of dining at RUYAM, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with a perfect blend of modern touches and traditional Turkish decor that instantly sets the tone for an authentic experience.
The menu is a beautiful reflection of Turkish cuisine, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. We started with a selection of mezze, and everything was bursting with flavor.
For the main course, I went with the Adana kebab, and it was one of the best I’ve had outside of Turkey. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced, served alongside fresh salad and warm, fluffy flatbread. My friend ordered the lamb şiş kebab, and she couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tender the lamb was.”
